Each church building (including the benches) cost $15,000 to $20,000 depending on the remoteness of the location. One specific design is used for all churches, and for God’s glory.

Your generosity will provide a church building in a remote area of Tanzania so the Datooga people can hear the good news of Jesus Christ.

As churches are planted in the remote bush areas of Tanzania, it is our prayer that God will make it possible to build physical church buildings. Initially, church plants will begin under a tree, in a mud hut or in a classroom if available.

A physical building is important to bring permanence to the bush areas for the sake of the gospel. Once a building is there the Datooga people group understand that this is not something that will be gone once the missionaries are gone. It also encourages the national pastors who are living in such remote areas. Having a physical building is also a big help during the rainy season so that they have a place to worship.
