More about Wade and Terri

Wade Longcrier has devoted more than three decades to global missions, driven by a deep conviction to see the gospel taken to the nations. Alongside his wife, Terri, he has faithfully served in ministry both overseas and in the local church, investing their lives in advancing God’s global purpose.

Wade and Terri began their missionary journey as church planters in Costa Rica and later in Mexico City, where they experienced firsthand the challenges and joys of cross-cultural ministry. Those formative years shaped their lifelong commitment to sending, supporting, and strengthening missionaries around the world.

For over 20 years, Wade served as Missions Pastor at First Baptist Church at The Fields. During his tenure, he had the privilege of seeing numerous families answer the call to the mission field. He coordinated more than 150 mission trips to over 30 countries and trained more than 400 short-term volunteers, equipping the local church to engage strategically in global outreach.

Today, Wade serves as CEO of GlobalGrace, where he provides leadership and vision for a growing missionary force. He currently oversees and supports more than 80 personnel serving in 30 countries, with a focused commitment to reaching the darkest and least-reached places on earth.

Wade and Terri are blessed with five children and cherish every opportunity to spend time together as a family. Their shared passion remains the same: to see Christ proclaimed where He is not yet known and to mobilize others to join in God’s global mission.
