More about Larry

Larry served as Executive Director/President of GlobalGrace for 6 ½ years from 2016-2022, and previously served 32 years with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. Larry worked in East Asian countries including Hong Kong, China, and Thailand. In 1990 a work was begun with an unreached people group of 7 million people. Later, Larry was director of a large part of East Asia. In that role, Larry had the privilege of being on the leadership team and supervising teams which saw Kingdom impact and church planting movements. One team grew from a few believers to 40,000+ believers in four years. Larry’s wife, Charlotte, went to be with the Lord in 2020. They were married over 50 years and all four children know the Lord. In 2022, the Lord raised up a new life partner, Brenda, who had served overseas. Together they are mobilizers and missions connectors for the Kingdom based out of Jacksonville, Florida. Larry’s education includes a BBA, an MBA, an MA in Missiology and Cantonese Chinese.
